Shipping General
- All parcels from KSECRET are shipped from Korea.
- Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country.
- Every order is normally shipped out within 72 hours from the time of receiving the order.
- If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.
Shipping Notice
- Customs taxes are not included in the listed price and may be applied before delivery. These taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
*If a package is refused due to customs-related issues (including refusal to pay taxes, failure to submit required documents, or other related reasons), we will not be able to provide a refund or reship the item.
- Please note that the weight shown on the website may not exactly match the actual shipping weight.
- Shipping updates will be sent via email, so please check your inbox regularly.

Delivery Failure
1. Lost Parcel
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, customers must notify us within 30 days so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Customers are required to cooperate by providing supporting evidence, such as relevant photos.
A refund can only be issued if the shipping company officially confirms the package as “Lost.”
Please note that neither the shipping company nor we are responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen after being delivered to the correct address. In such cases, refunds or reshipments are not available.
2. Refusal to Pay Customs Taxes
If the customer refuses to pay customs taxes which we clearly state as the customer’s responsibility in our “Shipping Notice” no refund will be issued.
Once the shipping company confirms the customer's refusal to pay taxes within the given timeframe, the package may be returned or discarded. Even if the customer later decides to pay, it will be too late, and a refund or reshipment will not be possible.
3. Recipient Unreachable
If the shipping fails due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer, we will attempt to reach out via email to request the correct details.
If the customer does not respond within the deadline set by the shipping company, the parcel may be returned or discarded.
Please understand that in this case, neither a refund nor redelivery can be offered.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
