Caution Around the Eyes

A. Yes. This product is designed as a first-step cleanser to melt away makeup while caring for dead skin cells, so we recommend following up with a foam cleanser. It transforms from balm to oil to gommage and emulsifies upon contact with water for a clean rinse. For a fresher, more thorough cleanse, follow with a foam cleanser.
Q2. Can it remove heavy waterproof makeup in one go?
A. Yes, it can gently cleanse lip and eye makeup. However, because gommage rolls form during massage, we recommend avoiding direct use around the eye area to prevent the product from getting into the eyes.
Q3. I have sensitive skin — is it okay to use every day?
